We have centralized Yarn dyeing, In-house winding, Warping, Weaving and Stitching centers.

Dyeing

Has a capacity to handle daily 1000 Kg of yarn
Yarn is boiled in Steam boilers
Production is traditional as well as mechanized
Dyeing is done using VAT dyes and Azo-Free dyes
Color matching is done using Light box
Continuity card is maintained for batch-to-batch matching
International standards are achieved in producing fast colors.

Weaving

Our weaving unit comprises a total number of 250 workers
Plain, Dobby and Jacquard Handlooms are available
Plain & Dobby looms are available up to 110 inches width
Jacquards are available up to 90 inches width

The unit is equipped with necessary infrastructure to produce highly complicated Dobby designs and a variety of Jacquards.

There is a separate wing for developing samples. The company has recently introduced computerized development facility.

Stitching

SSR Textile Exports has its own tailoring and Made-ups division using specially devised machines along with its own designing and product development departments.
